Customer satisfaction is our number-one priority at MemorLux. If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it with 30 days of the original invoice date.
All products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging for a refund or exchange. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase with an original sales receipt/invoice for all returns and refunds to be valid.
Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping costs and cannot be held liable for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or abuse cannot be accepted for return.
