1. How long does it take to become adjusted to a MemorLux™ mattress? Top
Adjusting to a MemorLux™ mattress varies from individual to individual. Most people find our mattresses extremely comfortable on the very first night. Others may take a little longer depending on their sleeping habits. Nevertheless, it shouldnít take longer than a week or two to become used to sleeping on memory foam and rediscovering what a good nightís sleep is supposed to feel like!

2. Can I use my regular boxspring as a support for my MemorLux™ mattress? Top
You most certainly can but we donít recommend it for the simple reason that all memory foam mattresses perform best if resting on a solid foundation. If resting on a boxspring, a memory foam mattress will tend to sag over time and negate the benefits of sleeping on memory foam in the first place. That is why we provide a range of solid foundations to match each mattress we sell.

3. Do you ship internationally? Top
Yes. The cost of international shipping is calculated in your shopping cart by shipping method and destination. International shipping is not free.

4. How long will it take to receive my order? Top
It normally takes 5 to 10 business days to receive an order by Standard Shipping. If you specify Expedited Shipping, please allow 3 to 5 business days. For international orders, allow up to six to eight weeks for delivery.

5. How much does shipping & handling cost? Top
We ship mattresses and pillows (but not solid mattress foundations) FREE of charge (via Standard Shipping) to destinations within the continental United States. For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and its destination.

6. I placed an order but I did not receive it, what should I do? Top
If you havenít received your order within a reasonable amount of time it may have been delayed or misrouted in the postal system. In many cases, if the ship to address is wrong then the post office will return it to us. Please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

7. Will you notify me when my order is placed and when my order is shipped? Top
Yes, we will send you an email whenever an order is placed and also when it is shipped. Donít forget to provide the correct email address when completing your order. And be sure to record your Order ID number because you will need this to check on the status of your order. To check the status of your order, click Order Status.

8. I put in the wrong shipping address. Can you correct it? Top
Only if your order hasnít been shipped. So please be sure to enter your correct address when completing your order.

9. What methods of payment do you accept? Top
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal payments. Please provide your exact credit card billing address and telephone number. For your transaction to go through without delay, your billing address must be the same one that your credit card bank has on file for you.

10. How can I see what items I have ordered so far? Top
Go to Customer Care Section and Click on Order Status. Enter your email address and Order ID Number to see your order history.

11. How can I return an item? Top
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with 30 days of the original invoice date. Products must be returned in their original condition and in original packaging for a refund or exchange. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase with an original sales receipt/invoice for all returns and refunds to be valid. Please visit our Returns page for more information.
